Concrete Footing

Concrete footing ensures the structural integrity and longevity of your post-frame construction by preventing posts from touching the ground. Posts never touch the soil, thus avoiding potential rot, but they are still susceptible to cracking and settling over time.

Post In Ground

When your site has uneven terrain or soil conditions that make traditional concrete foundations more challenging or expensive, post in ground foundations are a cost-effective solution. We don’t always recommend this foundaton because of possible wood rot over time.

Brackets on Concrete

A drill-set bracket is fastened to the concrete pad with bolts, which keeps all the wood posts above ground. You can also use wet-set brackets that set directly into the concrete.
